A Little About Me

Over 25 years in the Wine Industry where Rosa oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, worked on Capital Expenditures, contracts, purchase orders, and managed a fleet of 100 vehicles.  Rosa was the Business Manager to 9 Vineyard Mangers and supported their daily employee needs with regards to hiring, terminations, incidents, safety trainings and many other human resource needs.

Rosa began her career with Simi Winery when it was a small family owned business in 1989 and was with them through 2005.  In 2007 she began working for Jackson Family Wines and worked for them for the next 10 years.  In 2000 Rosa started a small business, Reliable Records, so she could work from home and spend more time with her family.  She was able to do both jobs and in 2017 did she decided to make Reliable Records her main source of income.  Today she can be found operating her small business, Reliable Records and working part time for Fetzer Vineyards in Hopland.

As a mother of three children I am inspired to make a difference in OUR community. I was taught the importance of giving back at a very young age and strive to instill this value in my kids as well.  2020 has been a very challenging year and I have first hand experience as a parent in having to deal with the on-line classroom adjustments and tell their Senior that there would be no Prom or Graduation ceremony.

I will work hard every day to serve our community. Vote for me, Rosa Reynoza, to show our current council that Windsor belongs to the people.  Let’s fight together for the Windsor we love.
